To make things easy and stress-free, we’re working with the amazing Tracey Peckford, a Fort McMurray–based travel agent who’s helping us organize everything. Tracey will help you plan your dream family getaway that lines up perfectly with our wedding dates, so you can enjoy both the celebration and a fun holiday filled with sunshine, memories, and maybe a few umbrella drinks.

When you’re ready to book, just reach out to Tracey for a quote from your departure city. To be part of the wedding group (and included at the wedding itself), it’s important that everyone books through her where possible — that way, you’ll be part of the official guest list and get access to our group rates and perks. However, if you choose to book on your own, this is still possible, but reach out to Tracey to let her know your travel information so you can be added to the wedding guest list.

A $200 non refundable per person deposit secures your spot, and the remaining balance isn’t due until October 20, 2026, so there’s plenty of time to plan and pay. Tracey’s ready to help you find the best flights, coordinate your stay, and make sure your vacation is everything you want it to be.
